Policies

Hotel Policies:

  • Check-in time: 4:00 pm
  • To check-in we require a valid government issued photo ID and a credit card for incidentals, which is a $200 Deposit.
  • No debit or prepaid cards accepted.
  • Must be 21 years or older to rent a room
  • Check Outs are at 11 am. Late check-outs will depend on hotel availability; additional charge applies.
  • The keys are delivered at the reception or must be placed in the key box at the end of the stay. Otherwise, or if the keys are lost, the hotel will be entitled to charge an extra $10 per card/key lost.
  • Property damage. The guest will be responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or anyone for whom they are responsible. All damages will be evaluated by the Hotel Management and will be deducted from the guest’s card.
  • We reserve the right to inspect all rooms at any time and charge for any damage found, including missing hotel property, such as linen and towels.
  • Each room comes with one parking spot. Additional vehicles will be asked to move and if necessary, are subject to towing at the owners expense.
  • Housekeeping services are provided after every 3rd night of your stay, if you happen to need any services or supplies beforehand ,please contact the front desk.

Pet Policy:

  • No Pets Allowed. $150 penalty fee for pets in room or on-site.
  • Exceptions will be made for service animals with proper documentation.
  • Please Note: We do not consider comfort and/or emotional support animals as service animals as they are not recognized by the ADA.

Smoking Policy:

  • We are a 100% SMOKE/VAPE FREE property.
  • We charge $250 penalty for smoking or vaping in your room or the property grounds.

Pool Policy:

  • Please no visitors, including at our pool, which is for registered guests only.
  • Use of our pool is at your risk only.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area at all times.
